This is a swift trip up the west coast of the North Island. Its the best quick bus tour from Wellington to Auckland as we stil get the chance to enjoy Waitomo caves, a lovely camp site and all the fun and adventure that comes with every Flying Kiwi trip. If you have the time you can always add a Beach It trip around the Bay of Islands to the end of your trip.

Day 1: Depart Wellington at 1pm and on to Taranaki.andnbsp; Camp at Onaero Bay, a lovely bush surrounded estuary.andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; No meals U

Day 2: Leave early and head to Waitomo Caves - a limestone wonderland created by erosion over millions of years.andnbsp; Optional blackwater rafting or some excellent walks.
